Pale Ale Beer Cheese

A staple in our brewery Taprooms, this beer cheese is a crowd favorite that disappears fast. Baked to golden, melty perfection with aged white cheddar, it’s the ultimate party pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz aged white cheddar cheese, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Porter Mustard or Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic (about 3 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Pale Ale

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2

Place diced cheese in a food processor or blender and pulse until pea-sized.

Step 3

Add cream cheese, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

With processor running, slowly add just enough Pale Ale to create a smooth puree.

Step 5

Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake for 10 minutes, until warm.

Step 6

Turn oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.

Step 7

Serve with your favorite chips, pretzels, or toasted bread.
